Attendance zone and feeder schools
Bowling Green Independent Schools serves the city school district, which covers much of the city but not all of it; parts of the city are in Warren County Public Schools, and district lines do not follow the city limits. To see which BGISD schools serve an address, search it in the district’s Transportation InfoFinder, which lists the schools and bus stops for that address. Our schools guide explains how to tell the two districts apart from a tax bill.
Bowling Green High is the only high school in BGISD. Its students come up through Bowling Green Junior High, which takes students from all five district elementary schools: Dishman-McGinnis Elementary, Parker-Bennett-Curry Elementary, Potter Gray Elementary, T.C. Cherry Elementary and W.R. McNeill Elementary.
Our neighborhood guides name Bowling Green High as a school for Briarwood, College Hill, Delafield, downtown, Shake Rag, St. Joseph and Upper East Main; the neighborhoods guide has the rest of the city.
